About Each VMNH-approved catering firm offers the versatility to create a variety of exciting and delicious menus, committing themselves to providing the highest quality service. All catering arrangements and associated costs for food, beverages, service, equipment and other event needs are contracted directly between the client and the caterer. VMNH must be apprised of the selected caterer by the client no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Limited kitchen facilities are available on site. Access to the facilities must be arranged through the Special Events Manager no less than two weeks prior to the event. **To learn more about becoming an approved caterer for events at VMNH, please call Carolyn Seay, Facilities Rental Manager, at 276-634-4166.
