About

The 3rd Annual Virginia Museum of Natural History Foundation Mixed Captain’s Choice Golf Tournament will be held on October 3, 2008, at Westlake Country Club, Hardy, Virginia.  The PGA Pro will be Billy McBride III.

Registering

The entry fee is $65.00 per person or $260.00 per team, and includes greens fee, cart fee, lunch before play and refreshments during play.  $5.00 per person for a Mulligan and a free throw. (Limit 2 per person.) 

Deadline for entry is Wednesday, June 4, 2008.  Entries will be taken if space is available until the morning of the tournament.
