Armed with an iPad, vast knowledge, and their unyielding charm, Christy Deatherage, museum education coordinator, and Debbi Bryant conduct a distance learning program from the museum's Harvest Foundation of the Piedmont Hall of Ancient Life for participants at this year's VAST (Virginia Association of Science Teachers) conference in Norfolk, Virginia. Christy and Debbi helped conduct a conference session remotely with Dr. Denny Casey, VMNH director of education and public programs, who is in Norfolk leading several sessions at this year's conference.
