Staff and volunteers are working hard to re-organizing over 8 thousand bags of archaeological specimens from a prehistoric site in Warren County, Virginia this week in order to have them easily accessible to museum scientists and visiting researchers. The material includes bones from animals, such as elk, as well as a variety of other archaeological material, including stone tools and botanical specimens.
