Fire performances, magic shows, stilt walkers, carnival games, food trucks, a beer garden, live music, and more await you at the Virginia Museum of Natural History's first-ever Bonez & Booz Halloween and fall festival on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 4 to 10pm! Costumes encouraged! Admission rates apply.

**Please note that all offerings listed and their associated times are subject to change. Offerings without times listed are scheduled to take place the entirety of the event. All costumes must be family-friendly. ($) denotes offerings that require an extra fee beyond admission.
***FLASHLIGHT TOURS: The museum's exhibit galleries will be open as normal from 4 to 6pm. From 6 to 8pm, the galleries will be closed for guided flashlight tours for children, which will be led by museum staff. At 8:15pm, the exhibit galleries will open again to all visitors for self-guided flashlight tours of the museum's exhibit galleries. Flashlight tours are subject to crowd sizes. If crowd sizes are too large, the exhibit galleries will remain lit as normal for safety reasons. A limited number of flashlights will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors are allowed to use their mobile phone's flashlight capabilities.

**Admission is available at the gate. This is primarily an outdoor event. Parking will be available off-site. A parking map will be provided in the coming weeks. Please note that the museum will be CLOSED this day during its normal Saturday operating hours (10am to 4pm) due to this event.
Parking
Parking for this event will be available off-site and free of charge. Parking will be available at the neighboring First Baptist Church (to the right of the museum) and the YMCA of Martinsville (to the left of the museum). Additional parking will be available at the Professional Arts Center located across the street from the museum and accessible by Stoneway Drive. Limited street parking will be available on Oakdale Street behind the museum. Parking will be marked by "FESTIVAL PARKING" signs.
