WEATHER INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY, APRIL 22, 2023
Reptile Festival will take place today, Saturday, April 22, 2023! However, rain is in the forecast. While much of the festival will take place inside the museum, some festival activities will take place outside, such as the admissions gate and the food truck station. There will also be live stage presentations, a balloon animal station, and a souvenir t-shirt station that will take place outside underneath the event tent.
In the event of severe weather, the museum may need to suspend outdoor activities and ask visitors to shelter inside the museum until the weather threat passes.
Visitors are welcome to bring umbrellas. We will have umbrella storage bins inside the museum for those not wishing to carry your umbrella with you while inside. We will also have complimentary umbrella bags for visitors, if you would like to keep your umbrella with you while inside the museum.
