About 

The MHC After 3 Initiative is a local cooperative program between after school service providers and local education and civic agencies. Initiated with support provided by The Harvest Foundation of the Piedmont, agency representatives provide a community-based after-school program system for middle and high school students. Studies show these students receive less services than elementary pupils by after-school programs.
