Don't miss the one-of-a-kind exhibit "Living off the Land," now open through January 14, 2012 at the Virginia Museum of Natural History. The Living off the Land exhibit shows the many ways in which humans depend on nature for a wealth of resources and economic, recreational and aesthetic benefits. The exhibit includes information about Virginia's wildlife, modern and ancient hunting and fishing methods, and the evolution of hunting firearms.

Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday - Monday: Closed

Admission:

$10 for ages 18-59
$5 for ages 3-17, seniors 60+, and college students
FREE for children under 3, museum members, and members of ASTC participating institutions

My 4 year old son loves going to the museum. The exhibits are educational, interactive and kid-friendly.
