Join us at the historic Wayne Theatre in Waynesboro, Virginia tomorrow, Tuesday, April 12 at 7 p.m. for the final 'Science Talk' of the 2021-22 season!

Dr. Jonathan Miles, James Madison University professor and Executive Director of the JMU Center for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy, is set to present "Tangier Island, Virginia: An Opportunity to Enhance Energy Resilience in a Remote Island Community". The presentation is free to attend and will also be streamed live on the Facebook pages of the Virginia Museum of Natural History and the Wayne Theatre.

ABOUT DR. MILES
Dr. Jonathan Miles is a JMU Professor of Integrated Science and Technology and the Executive Director of the JMU Center for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy. He is a Professor in Residence in the Waynesboro secondary schools and a member of the Board of Directors of the local Center for Coldwaters Restoration (CCR).

$5 for ages 3-17, seniors 60+, and college students
FREE for children under 3, museum members, and members of ASTC participating institutions

My 4 year old son loves going to the museum. The exhibits are educational, interactive and kid-friendly.
