Our planet has an incredible story to tell and VMNH Assistant Curator of Paleontology Dr

Our planet has an incredible story to tell and VMNH Assistant Curator of Paleontology Dr. Adam Pritchard helps share it through his original social media video series, "Tales of Ancient Life"! In this series, which can be found on the VMNH Facebook page, Dr. Pritchard uses spectacular fossils and other scientific specimens from the museum's paleontology collections to highlight the wonders of earth's ancient past in ways that are relevant to a wide variety of ages.

This highly popular social media series began in Spring 2020 as a way to continue connecting with audiences who were no longer able to visit the museum due to the pandemic. As the health situation continues to improve and the museum begins to gradually return to normal operations, virtual programming - like Tales of Ancient Life - will continue on!

However, content such as this would not be possible without the generosity of supporters like you! Today, we ask that you consider participating in the museum's 2021 Spring Fund Drive to help ensure quality programming, such as Tales of Ancient Life, thrives! Learn more and donate now at www.vmnh.net/spring-fund-drive!

ABOUT THE DRIVE
Throughout April, the museum is conducting the 2021 Spring Fund Drive initiative as a result of being unable to host the annual, in-person "Grapes & Grains" fundraising gala - the VMNH Foundation's largest fundraising event each year - due to the ongoing health restrictions. As the museum looks to continue offering its stellar lineup of virtual programming, while also gradually returning to normal operations as health conditions improve, your support matters now more than ever.

We ask that you consider taking part in this fundraising campaign in support of mission-based museum programs in Research, Education and Exhibits. As a thank you for your support, donors at the $100 - $499 level will receive a 1-hour behind-the-scenes tour with the museum's director or other VMNH staff member. Donors at the $500 level or above will receive a 2-hour training session with one or more of the museum's curators. Better yet, each donor at these levels will be allowed to invite one guest! Of course, donations of any dollar amount are greatly appreciated and play an important role in helping the museum meet its mission!

Please consider donating to the museum's 2021 Spring Fund Drive today at: www.vmnh.net/spring-fund-drive!
