Today, VMNH Paleontology Curator Dr. Alex Hastings was with Dr. Brooke Haiar at the University of Lynchburg to do some fossil preparation training. The students will be working on dinosaur bones from the Wyoming dig over the course of the Fall semester. We're always glad to get more help with fossil lab work! #DinoDigULVMNH #FossilFriday

FREE for children under 3, museum members, members of ASTC Passport participating institutions, and EBT cardholders
My 4 year old son loves going to the museum. The exhibits are educational, interactive and kid-friendly.
