VMNH just set up a display for #DarwinDay at Roanoke College. The school's theme this year is poetry, so check out some paleo poetry that merges poems and ancient animals, including poetry by Charles Darwin's grandfather. The display is up for one month at the RC library...check it out!
Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday: Noon to 4pm (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend only)
Monday: Closed
$12 for ages 18-59
$6 for ages 3-17, seniors 60+, and college students
FREE for children under 3, museum members, members of ASTC Passport participating institutions, and EBT cardholders
My 4 year old son loves going to the museum. The exhibits are educational, interactive and kid-friendly.
