A public economic forum was held at the museum on Friday, February 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The forum featured Congressman Tom Perriello (via video conference), Special Counselor of Manufacturing Policy Ron Bloom and Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Economic Development John Fernandez. The Virginia Museum of Natural History's new state-of-the-art facility with its large, inviting spaces has become a popular spot for individuals and organizations desiring a distinctive venue for a variety of events, including conferences, meetings, wedding receptions, and more.

My 4 year old son loves going to the museum. The exhibits are educational, interactive and kid-friendly.
