The museum held its annual Volunteer Appreciation Reception on Thursday, April 19 at the museum. Volunteers and staff were able to socialize before each volunteer was recognized for their service to the museum. Afterwards, door prizes were handed-out, including the grand prize of a hand-carved Bluebird created by Bob Penley. The entire staff of VMNH thanks every volunteer, past and present, for all their contributions towards the museum's goals.
