The museum held its first ever Youth Curator Camp on Saturday, December 19, providing children 6-12 a behind-the-scenes look at the museum while working with #VMNH scientists and educators on a variety of fun, hands-on activities.

The new Ice Age exhibit is now open in the Hall of Ancient Life at #VMNH, with skeleton casts of Pleistocene creatures including a Smilodon (saber-tooth cat), Castoroides (giant beavers), Bootherium (muskox) and much more. This exhibit is supported by The Helen S. and Charles G. Patterson, Jr. Charitable. Foundation Trust and The Hermes Family Foundation.
